- Defining day to day work flow for owned unit
- Conducting daily scrum & reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the parameters
- Client support, deliverable & interaction related to projects development, milestone achievement, payment follow ups & bug fixing
- Ensuring optimization of resource utilization & cost balancing within team
- Ensuring timely & quality delivery as per plan.
- Ensuring Regular Account & revenue incrementality
- Quality assurance & process enhancement with best practices
- Monitoring the overall functioning of the team, Identifying improvement areas and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction
- Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high quality customer experience while adhering to the SLA's and work processes
- Training & Skill level updation of team members
- Framing work direction and plan for associates as per their capability, preparing and presenting various weekly/monthly reports related to their productivity
